We are human beings, not human doings. We spend so much of our time keeping busy and also have many distractions occupying our time. How often do we allow ourselves to just be? The feeling of restlessness overtakes us and when we finally stop, we have a hard time being still and being quiet. In the stillness of truth, we connect with our inner being. When we allow our nervous system to release stress, reboot and restore, we can create an environment to heal and experience inner peace. This workshop aims to connect you with YOU. By removing our focus from the external stimulus, judgments, and comparisons, we begin a journey to our inner depths and connect with our true identity.

  • Kundalini Yoga

    The yoga of awareness is known as Kundalini Yoga. In combining all limbs of yoga, it works on the physical body through angles and postures, stimulating the nervous system and endocrine system. This form of yoga works all the subtle bodies, the mind, and the breath, stimulating life force energy for total balance of health and well being.


  • Meditation

    By training the mind through focused attention, we can redirect our thoughts to the focal point of our infinite consciousness. This results in being at one with our soul. The simple practice of focusing our energy can reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and pain, which will increase peace, perception, and our overall well being.


  • Sound Baths

    Sound baths are beautiful experiences that are used to help put you in a state of absolute peace and bliss. The art of sound frequency helps reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. It is also known to have many health benefits for the mind, body and spirit. By incorporating multidimensional states of consciousness we activate our light body and connect the earthly realms with the heavenly ones, thus raising our vibration.


  • Dyad Process

    This process is a 40 minute session where the participants focus on contemplating the truth of themselves. Two people sit across from one another and listen to their partner. The person in the active role is aware of what is happening for them and in the moment they communicate this to their partner. The listening partner is in a deep and nonjudgmental consciousness, which allows them to be in an open space to receive the communication. Each partner gets 5 minutes to talk and the roles then reverse. As a result of this process, each individual can clear their mind, improve their interpersonal relationships, learn to be a better listener. All of this contributes to knowing and further understanding your deep spiritual truth.


  • Journal Work

  • Journal work is a tool that is helpful with getting in touch with our true feelings. The process of putting our mind onto paper allows us to examine our beliefs, so that we may see where we are limiting ourselves. This process gives us the opportunity to create a new perspective and belief system to live by.


  • Fire Ceremony

    Fire is an element that we have used since ancient times for healing and the purifying of our mind patterns. It also allows us to let go of things that no longer serve us. Fire carries the energy of transformation, which allows us to bring inspirational creativity to set the intentions for our new ways of being. These ceremonies will ignite joy, love, and vitality.

  • High Vibrational Foods

    High vibrational foods help to transform our cellular memories, minds, and give us energy to embark on difficult changes in our lives. It’s important that we monitor what goes into our bodies as we heal and connect with ourselves and others. Fresh fruits and vegetables, including super-foods can be extremely helpful in the transformation of light into our bodies.
