Confidence forms when you are able to see the beauty in yourself and recognize the differences in others without passing judgement. Every negative thought you put into the atmosphere will only diminish your energy supply. If you choose supplying the world with positive thoughts and actions, then your perceptions of others and own confidence will surmount.

The way you look and feel has everything to do with your daily choices. By understanding your own unique energy, you can cultivate well-being, and consequently become the master of your own reality. Our specialized techniques will help you tap into your inner peace by exploring personal motivations and embracing self confidence. As the artist and sole author of your life, you have the ability to transform your existence. In our aiding in this transformation, this workshop aims to awaken your true identity.

  • Kundalini Yoga

    The yoga of awareness is known as Kundalini Yoga. In combining all limbs of yoga, it works on the physical body through angles and postures, stimulating the nervous system and endocrine system. This form of yoga works all the subtle bodies, the mind, and the breath, stimulating life force energy for total balance of health and well being.


  • Meditation

    By training the mind through focused attention, we can redirect our thoughts to the focal point of our infinite consciousness. This results in being at one with our soul. The simple practice of focusing our energy can reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and pain, which will increase peace, perception, and our overall well being.


  • Sound Baths

    Sound baths are beautiful experiences that are used to help put you in a state of absolute peace and bliss. The art of sound frequency helps reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. It is also known to have many health benefits for the mind, body and spirit. By incorporating multidimensional states of consciousness we activate our light body and connect the earthly realms with the heavenly ones, thus raising our vibration.

  • Journal work is a tool that is helpful with getting in touch with our true feelings. The process of putting our mind onto paper allows us to examine our beliefs, so that we may see where we are limiting ourselves.
